♥ Cupcakes

I've always loved baking and I haven't had the time to really do that lately. So... Today I decided to try out some new cupcake recipes that I found online since Im on a search for good ones. I tried 3 recipes. Filipino style Mocha chiffon recipe, Filipino style Chocolate cupcake recipe and Coconut cupcake recipe. So I spent most of my day baking all day. The mocha chiffon didn't come out as I wanted it to because I forgot to buy instant coffee (duh!). Shoulda checked the pantry I thought we have it and I didn't feel like going to the grocery store again. I also didn't read through the recipe and forgot to buy heavy cream or whipping cream. All in all I scratched out the mocha chiffon and I'll try that next time. I was upset because that's the one I'm excited about.

The coconut cupcake was next and it came out pretty good. It has a cream cheese icing topped with coconut flakes. If you're into coconuts you'd love this recipe. Here's a pic...

Chocolate time! I'm a chocolate lover and I love love love this recipe! It's so orgasmic! Like seriously... when I took a bite I had to take a breath... The icing is to die for! So I guess it obvious this one is my favorite...

As you can tell in the pics I made a lot... We will be eating cupcake in the household for like a week. HAHA! I'm doing this because I'm baking the cake for my daughters birthday and I'm making a cupcake tower. Hope you guys like it!
